I had two issues the consulate was of great help with. First, when I needed a new passport after I found out that the old one was expired. They were of excellent help, patient, and clear, even though I didn't even have an appointment. Later, when I needed to have a specific document to have things arranged in Brasil. Again, great service! Because of my health it's not easy to come to places; they really took it into account. Especially Alessandra was so friendly, patient and professional! Thank you

My experience with the consulate and their service was quite positive. I had a tough time to schedule an online appointment in a short time to apply for a visit visa, and it was kinda unclear what documents are exactly needed for such a purpose, however the personal contact with consulate staff on the appointment date was beyond my expectation. Alessandra is just super-heroína! extremely welcoming, polite, kind and professional. I got my visa on the same day, thanks to her courtesy and support :)
