Nice hotel and close to the airport

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The interior is also a plus. Parking: was included in our deal, however if your parking is not included, the parking fee will leave you disappointed! €25 per day!!! Check in: the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful Room: the room was spacious and clean. The welcome message was very impressive! I was ecstatic that I could use my Netflix account as well. At first it did not want to connect and the lady at the front desk really went out of her way to assist. That was highly appreciated! Breakfast: the breakfast was decent but unfortunately the staff could use a little more training in professionalism! The gym room was also nice and spacious! Watching the planes land while getting a workout in was definitely a good look! Unfortunately after being highly impressed we were a bit disappointed that our room key stopped working. At the front desk the gentleman let us to know that we needed to let the front desk know that we were using the late check out. No sir, the late checkout is part of the deal so there is no reason for you to block our card. And I am glad your manager agreed. Hope you learned a lesson.

Beautiful hotel..decent big rooms with a beautiful pond view..i love watching ducks swim there.

food was dry. the fish was vaporized in my fish sticks. Lekkerbek was totally dry. I payed for the whole table and went away. The waiter went to the table and asked the others "again" to pay - and they did... so we payed almost 150 euro for 3 menus that were not really what id expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Excellent customer service. All the hotel staff, from the receptionists to the restaurant waiters, as well as housekeepers, are extremely friendly and accommodating to the needs of the guests.
