Lot of discrepancies and lack of transparency. Final bill is significantly higher than initial quotation and no proper explanation offered. I would recommend going elsewhere and not trusting quotation here as they leave enough grey area in the fine print to charge you for basically nothing.

Also have our second house transferred by Kroes and partners. The warm and friendly contact as it was ten years ago was still there and even the same employees are still working there. At the time we had our wills drawn up, notary Kroes checked and discussed them free of charge during the transfer (where can you still see it). The office is very contemporary (perhaps a career switch for Mrs. Kroes as a stylist?) And communication is smooth and pleasant. There were a number of problems with the lender, which the notary made every effort to remedy. You can feel that this is a family business (we were greeted by a puppy ourselves) which we personally like best. You will be approached personally and not seen as a number. It was more than worth the drive from Vianen and even our purchasing agent was very satisfied with our choice of Kroes and partners!

Arrived at this office through the cheapest notary. Then made an appointment by phone and asked several times to get everything confirmed by email. 4 days before transfer unexpectedly received a very high final bill (over 800 euros more than in the quotation). This is because we made the appointment by phone and clearly made the reference to the site instead of clicking on the link of the cheapest notary's site. So pay close attention to the fine print, after a lot of nagging and troubling they have fortunately corrected it. During the conversation we were put away like a bunch of vultures and treated disrespectfully instead of a young couple buying a house for the first time. We therefore advise against this office and would rather have paid a few hundred euros more for an office that provides a little service.

Very pleasant explanation of the entire process received, discussion about our wills took place quickly with enthusiastic lady where everything was explained in easy language. amazing office for a notary, so nice !! Very surprised by the service, very positive.
