Really disappointed in the service. Had to follow up daily on when they will start the work. Very unprofessional and unorganised I was quoted a price but when I got the invoice it was almost DOUBLE the quoted price which is very annoying. My house is about 3km/5 minute drive from their office and still I was charged EUR40 for travelling expenses! They also charged me for rubbish removal while I did not tell them to take the rubbish with. Rubbish service, would highly recommend to not use them

Pieter van Favié invited to make an offer to replace the water drainage pipes. Was promised on the spot to send a quote within a week. After three weeks I asked myself when I can receive the letter. Pieter is promising as soon as possible. After four weeks (!) I asked for a quote, because the situation with pipes is getting very bad, and it shouldn't be that hard to set up? Promised again as soon as possible. Possible replacement after acceptance offer? Another two weeks. I indicate the necessity and my complaint about the course of events and then Pieter suddenly breaks the connection. I have experienced customer unfriendliness, but this is all!
