We had a showroom consultant design and advise us on our new bathroom. Based on his information we ordered multiple items for our bathroom. When the items arrived, the shower was way too small and there was not enough space between the basin and toilet. We phoned the showroom in order to return the shower. We were told that as the box was opened they do not take any returns. We were informed, that Sanidump as a rule do not beforehand inform customers that they have a no return policy. How can they design the bathroom and give advise but if the materials don`t fit, then you as a customer is left with the wrong product? I would rather advise to use an internet retailer, which is much cheaper because with Sanidump, you get zero after sales service (one of the main reason why we chose for Sanidump). Needless to say I will not buy from Sanidump Aalsmeer again.

I dont recommend to anyone. I had several problems and very low quality after sale service.
