Univé is so rotten. Promises are not kept and fraud / scams are applied. It was said: you are insured for the dentist & treatments (I even had someone from an official body during the conversation with univé), afterwards they say not and I can pay myself for hundreds of euros. I have never asked accept giro, but they continue to charge for it, even though I have already sent an authorization form for direct debit (the operator said it was a mistake by univé, but I still have to pay for everything myself), often there is a malfunction At least half an hour on hold every time by phone, I would be called back but it was not done. And so on. The operators are usually nice, but you get mixed answers. Does one agree with you and say that you have the right to get a refund. If you call again because money is not being deposited, another employee says again that it cannot be found in the system and that that is not possible. Confusing on purpose. They come up with excuses not to have to pay while you squint. Over the years I have experienced so many bad things with them that I switch. Adios bunch of fraudsters.

Insurance will increase by 50 euros in 4 years. And you don't get anything for it. Just a scam. What benefits do you reap as a customer? .... So nothing. Telephone is difficult to reach, poor connection and people on the phone can hardly answer the questions. What they tell you is: You can also look oo the website. You are forced to do everything digitally !!
