You deliver your belongings neatly and undamaged for repair. Then you will get it back under the white smudges, scratches and damage. Then they will look at this again. Brush away the white smudges. They then brush off the other damage as traces of use. With this they wash their hands in innocence and mainly place it with the customer. You just have to agree because they won't solve it anyway. They really don't care about losing customers and they don't care. The customer is just a number and the money has already been received from the day product. They do not see scratches or extinguishing. They name absolutely everything as traces of use in order to get out of everything.

Ordered a new built-in dishwasher from Bosch that was in stock and which included a nice discount promotion in collaboration with another local business. When taking another measurement at home (just to be sure), the standard model turned out not to fit because of a higher than prescribed cover. Called the next day and the order could be converted to another model that would fit. Fortunately, the discount also continued to apply despite the fact that this new model did not actually participate in the promotion. Great service! Rather a business such as EP Beerepoot that thinks along with you and is easily accessible, than an online box pusher where you might pay ten euros less, but where there is also no service. I was kept well informed by the company about the delivery and the date of installation. The two installers have nicely built in the new machine and explained how the machine works. Small improvement point: the website lists other costs for the installation service as the price that is actually charged in the store. I also called customer service in advance to see if it was possible to pay with a credit card. This was possible according to the conversation, but at the checkout in the shop in Hoorn it turned out that this was not possible after all.

What a bad thing ;-), they really don't give you anything to complain about. Everything is solved too quickly and neatly. I want a coupon! You should definitely be here for all your luxury equipment! Super and fast quality service. The Miele 7362 was the only one able to deliver EP at short notice.

They sell fantastic stuff here! We just weren't so lucky with the seller. I asked a question after which the gentleman behind the till called the employee. The employee went there immediately and answered the question of his colleague whether he was busy, 'mwa, no not really'. He did not come back after that to finish his story.
