Arrived at 7.00 PM on Thursday evening to pick up a Christmas tree, and was told they couldn’t sell us one us because “they just closed everything down”. The close time of the store is at 8.00 PM and nowhere in the website it says you need to arrive 1h earlier to buy a Christmas tree. Clearly he just didn’t want to go through the trouble. So we drove to Praxis 1km away, got great service and nice Christmas tree there! :)

Good quality materials for nice prices and helpful staff
The have big variation of tools and equipments to make or create something in you house or park. I would recommend that they should make the leases of tools easier, because it really difficult to have such equipments and they are expensive to buy while you need them only once maybe.
I asked beforehand whether the wood that I was gonna buy could be cut in 4 parts. I was told yes. But when I bought the wood, they told me that it was not. It was a stormy day and I used the public transport. No way that I’m gonna fit 3 meters of wood in the bus and metro. Luckily I could saw it myself, that saved me but I was annoyed anyway. Normally I like Gamma but this experience sucked. The younger workers were nice to me but the manager didn’t even move a finger while analyzing the whole situation silently.
Wouldn’t come here anytime soon again and luckily there are other options.
