I asked for a string / water level or plumb. Its on a string and is used internationally by many tradesmen. This is a tool shop, the middle aged shop keeper who you would assume knew about stuff was not at all helpful. I even took out my note pad and explained it in my best Dutch. He had not idea nor was helpful. No matter what l did, the guy was reluctant to help. I dont think l will be buying any tools from here nor encouraging anyone. Mm
Better quality, wide range, prices comparable to hardware stores. Suddenly you know where to go.
Would this "entrepreneur" feel like it? It didn't go very well last time. Asked the best man if he also had certain hardware. The answer was that he didn't have it, and he continued "happily" with something else. One last attempt: "Do you have an alternative?" No, it is not.
Shame about a local entrepreneur who has to rely on the customers from the neighborhood.
