The owner is very motivating, sometimes difficult to understand. Mrs. “de Bald” is very satisfied with the progress I have made, also the tip to only eat at running buffets has helped to get my fitness back to a professional level. The owner of this modern gym has given training at a level a completely different dimension !! Thank John de Bald
