Ordered a washer and dryer from Wesley's Witgoed. Was neatly delivered. When I actually used the machine for the first time, I had a problem. There was quick contact and the offer to come by. However, with a good tip, that was not necessary and quickly resolved. Very satisfied!

Lieberr anti frost fridge freezer got from my parents ... well after 3 months it seemed like alice in winter wonderland in the freezer, icicles and snow. Got it from my parents because I am in the sw, unfortunately they have paid with cash and don't have the receipt in their possession. I sent an email 3 weeks ago? Heard nothing back. Asked if there was still something to arrange, but because I have already got another one who also comes from you .. and it does I thought never mind. I suggested in the mail ... or to receive a small amount back ... even if it was 5 euros ... or that you would pick it up and make it yourself and sell it again. I defrosted it 5 times ... screen touch buttons did not work either. My parents came to you and it was said ... this has just arrived ... apparently not tested. And without a receipt I will not get far ... all you have to do is send an email back .. You know customer service? Hence the 1 ... principle issue. And the next x if you deliver a fridge ... be a bit more friendly .. I understand .. was just after 6 o'clock ... but there was no thank you .. good evening, etc, felt very uncomfortable, your partner luckily was a bit happier. Good luck.
