this is seriously one of the worst administrator you can think of puts cliente without a living allowance for 2 weeks and shifts the blame to client with whom he consults totally nothing. he knows by law he may never leave the client without a living allowance

I have changed administrators because unfortunately I have had bad experiences with Mr Krommenhoek. After checking transactions on my onview, I saw some strange transactions. Including a really very abnormally high amount to an "intermediary" for a funeral insurance policy. Despite several requests from me to Mr. Krommenhoek to explain this and other things, I have to say that I have still not received a satisfactory answer to date! I am under administration and then an intermediary seems completely unnecessary given the high costs involved. Because of this and other things I no longer felt any confidence in this administrator. My new administrator has also submitted a number of requests to Mr Krommenhoek to provide them with certain information. They have never received an answer to this either. All in all, I am very happy that I left here and I am fortunately very satisfied with the new administrator!
