I placed an order on January 12 and contacted several times, but there is no clarity about my order (whether it is finished, delayed or when I receive it) after 5 days I still don't know and I was told by telephone I will come I'll get back to it today or tomorrow because I don't know what it's about, so it's a shame that as a customer I have to wait so long for clarity. I canceled and ordered elsewhere because I think this is very bad service.
