Bad service. Came in store for specific camera out of stock. Could be ordered. But then it also decreases. While you, at least I first want a camera to feel how it is in the hand, it is not too heavy because I have small hands before deciding to buy. And not because it has to be ordered, it will therefore be affected to take it. Is still a purchase / investment for a longer time that you do. And when taking out insurance would initially cost € 79.00. If it is said later, an additional € 12.95 extra closing costs will be charged. Really absurd. Now had 3 confirmations that agree with this, such as ING insurance, camera country Alkmaar does not charge extra connection costs. Furthermore, by other people, going too far. I made an attempt to negotiate was not possible and was told, you better go to another photo shop. Due to bundle action, a normal shoulder strap is not of good quality. I would buy a more luxurious version or if that standard belt price value could be deducted so that the more luxurious belt would compensate less costs because I would do nothing with that standard belt and pay twice for the more luxurious, no negotiation possible . They thought this was going too far. I think it is too much, as many share my opinion with me, to charge additional connection costs. Well. Proud owner who is difficult to criticize. Can't negotiate. While entrepreneurship is negotiating. Pride is = must, sows and reaps for himself disharmony cause & effect because of proud owner. Too proud. Admit it is ridiculous to charge extra costs. Is not a mobile subscription that you take out. The positive reviews earlier, "may" be best that have been kicked in to pay extra costs for connection costs from naively thinking that it should and paying indiscriminately. Which is absurd. The consumer is being manipulated and only wants to receive positive reviews. I stand my ground and will not say it, if it is not right. If I were in Owner Maarten's shoes, I would scratch 3x behind my ears, learn to look differently, and do not dismiss it with: "We are not a match" too easy. And not participate as a learning point.
