Coffee machine Philips bought for € 410.00. We did not get the machine right. We were allowed to buy another one from Tol, on the advice of Tol (who knew that we drink cups of cappucino and no cups) a Krupps. This machine did not meet our wishes because the cups overflow if you wanted cappucino. Tol told this complaint and they couldn't do anything for us because this was our problem. Tol doesn't even think about how this can be solved. Poor service first sell now 6 months complaining but no sign of firm Tol. Never go there to buy anything service is very bad.

super service, doing what they promise, completely satisfied, much better than large groups where you are just a number. As a customer you are really still king here and they also have super competitive prices.

Ep Tol had a nice offer in the brochure. So quickly to IJmuiden to pick it up directly in the store instead of ordering it on the internet. Despite the brochure: not in stock. We can order it for you. Yes, I can do that myself, but that was just not the intention. Inventory planning ... Well ...
