We sent our dog there and he died there. I don't know how to rate this experience

I've been super satisfied with you guys for many years now and I've never had a bad experience! 💪 Thanks for the great care! ❤ That may also be said! 😁 I hope not to see you too often because that wouldn't be a good sign haha😜 But I am happy with you as a vet!

Long story and therefore never posted before. We wanted to have our dog neutered. Made an appointment 6 weeks in advance due to heat, at our 'regular' DA, in a very difficult period for us. That is also the reason that we asked for Anne Reijne, we were so worried, but she would be in good hands with her. One day in advance we received a call that our dog in Bloemendaal could be sterilized laparoscopic by someone else. 150, - more but was better. But we preferred Anne Reijne in view of our situation. She said she'd rather have teeth than sterilization and when she woke up, she didn't really feel like sterilization. We thought it was a bit vague, but there was no way to pin it and our dog was not sterilized! Now arrived urgently last week with a critically ill dog. Already on the mat we are stopped and we indicate that our dog is very sick. Anne Reijne tells us from the desk that we are not welcome and that they only help their own clients. With a provocative attitude, we are told to find another vet! We have probably been deregistered after the above situation, for which the owner apologized at the time! We urgently drove to the MCD, where we were told that our dog had to be hospitalized urgently because her stomach was about to burst! The dog is now recovering, and we are very disappointed in Anne Reijne that through a personal experience the welfare of the animal is ignored!

Yesterday I walked into the clinic in Santpoort with a critically ill dog and asked for help. We were told by Anne that they were only open to emergencies and their own patients. We've had a conflict with Anne before, and I'm sure that's why she didn't want to help our dog. Where is the duty of care for veterinarians !!! Contacted another vet immediately. Our dog is on the advice of AniCura in the Velserbroek with i.e. a suspected gastric torsion recorded in Amsterdam. Her stomach turned out to be so full that spitting had been very dangerous for her. She passed the eye of the needle, but is still alive! We filed a complaint but this should never have happened! Given the previous responses, we do not expect an honest response to this!
