Very professional and friendly staff. Great location from the city centre. The room was clean, good and spacious enough to fit 3 adults in. However, a little bit noisy as the windows does not seem isolated at all. Had a very pleasant view and nice stay though. Will definitely recommend it. Thank you kindly!
Good spot for a night on a business trip. Just outside of the city center, 5 minutes walk. No restaurant but there are more than enough in the city center, does provide a very decent breakfast. Bath + shower combinations.
Good location. Good hotel
The chatty cleaning ladies keep the place very spotless and beyond. The furniture could use a lick of paint because of them.
The service staff could use extra lessons on how to treat guests. Shower and bath are a slippery combination. So we asked for a separate shower. We were given a handicapped room on the 3rd floor, whilst not being disabled ? How wheelchair bound people are going to escape in case of fire is an open question, not via the stairs I think. Back to a combined bath and shower room, without handles to steady yourself climbing in or out. In every conversation it seemed that the staff has no clue what they are doing, including looking stuff up on the computer.
It's a clean sleeping place close to the center,, and that's it.
Great location to explore the local attractions of Alkmaar. Train to Amsterdam central takes about 25 mins. Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.
