Unfortunately, my floor was very badly leveled by this company, which meant that tiling was not possible. Reported this a few times by telephone and e-mail. At first they came to do it again. But that was just as bad as the first time. They looked and did not even ask where the differences were, used very little leveling compound and were gone in no time. When I contacted again I was accused from behind the phone and later also by email that my floor was suddenly not straight. But that was not possible, because otherwise they would have had to discover that at first arrival and they would not have imposed the warp system on it either. I now suddenly had to pay for the leveling while they had contaminated my floor. Experts also indicated that it was simply not properly leveling. Having to arrange another company and incur a lot of extra costs. But with good results. They did it tight all at once. Also unfortunately never heard anything about underfloor heating NH. Shame and bad service in terms of leveling. I'm happy with their plumbers. They did their best to get my underfloor heating up and running. I wouldn't choose the company anymore because of my experience with them. I understand that things are going well and people are giving 4 or 5 stars. I would have done that too. But a company is only good if it also provides service and deals honestly with a complaint if something goes wrong (That can always happen). Unfortunately they blamed me for what was wrong.

I have been asking for information for a long time and I have not heard anything else than that due to pressure there is no time to process my application. This is worthless.
