After I brought my car in for a regular service, it turned out that they had a part incorrectly mounted in the garage, causing oil to leak. After I discovered this the next day, the garage sent a mechanic to solve this in the following way: everything was cleaned, the car was taken back to the garage for a cleaning and also received a free air conditioning service. In addition, I received a children's car for my future son. In other words What started with a negative experience was more than well resolved by the employees.
