I have been following the Critical Alignment lessons from Cecilia for a few weeks now. She is a very nice, knowledgeable teacher who takes good care of you and offers a well-balanced teaching program every time. If needed, I find the peace and space to set boundaries, but also the motivation and confidence to sometimes push boundaries just a little. The studio is not large, but neat and all the tools you could wish for are available. Highly recommended!

The new block has started again, and what a nice lesson it was again. Look forward to the next lesson. Also not unimportant that the location is fantastic.
