I am a member at a other location, went to this location was not even allowed to weigh myself in, had to do that at my own location.iI have never felt so unwelcomed and embarrassed. Every other location ihave been have been so professional, this is just aweful.

Great: 24 hour access and good equipment.
Negatives: Some customers are more important than others. Appointments are not kept. No / very limited group lessons
