In response to an advertisement, I responded to a (vw caddy). To some messages with mr. Jessen, we have come to a compromise regarding the ultimate price. In the messages, Mr. Jessen indicated the defects of the car. We have made an appointment to view the car. Once I was there it emerged that the flywheel is broken. This had Mr. Jessen has not been appointed and I have indicated whether this can be deducted from the named price. Mr. Jessen indicated that he should go to his supervisor to discuss this. His chef Rob Kuijpers came back and he shared the information that the named price via the communication via Whatsapp is not correct and absolutely not possible. That this was a mistake by Mr. Jessen and mean nothing to me. Attracting customers for a low price and then a flywheel problem. First of all I want to indicate how bad I think the communication and regulations within the organization. An hour and a half travel because we came to a compromise but once there sent home empty-handed. Incredibly unprofessional and badly arranged!
