I entered into an Invisalign treatment with Mr. Buenen for the correction of my lateral incisor, which was pushed in by coming through my wisdom tooth. My question was also to correct the teeth of my upper jaw. I was then advised to include the lower jaw in the treatment because it should of course fit on my upper jaw. Treatment was supposed to last 7 braces x 10-14 weeks and started in October 2019. after 1 year and 3 months of treatment my teeth have not been corrected correctly. numbers of braces sets and scans fit my lower jaw still not properly on my upper jaw, so I have to take pictures of braces for 8 months because this process was not successful. I have always worn the braces neatly, even during the Christmas holidays and corona time. Because of this the treatment took longer of course, but all in all I am not satisfied. I believe that all costs incurred should be reimbursed, including the treatments, and compensation, pain must be paid
