They took my money without delivering the item. They do not reply to customer service emails. And their social media representatives are completely rude. They haven’t even replied to give me a refund for what they didn’t deliver. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Terrible services. I ordered a Qled tv on wednesday. when i ordered the tv it said it would be deliverd the next day. The next day i heard nothing from them so i reached out via calling and they told me it was not in stock no more so i would be deliverd on saterday. now its saterday and the tv that i paid for still hasnt been deliverd. Its very tricky buying products from bol sometimes because they do not reveal the company youre buying from untill you have already placed the order. this seller has got so many bad reviews that i wonder why BOL is still letting them sell stuff on their website. I need The tv that i paid for or money back. Period!

Scammers, don't buy anything here people. Buymi.nl or kijoo, the same company. No service, no response to complaints, no contact possible. Call center that is external and says to pass it on. Impossible to get them on the phone yourself. E-mails are also not responded to. Had bought an LG soundbar that turned out to be broken. I had to contact LG myself for warranty. Shipping costs were for my account. Request for reimbursement was pointless. No response whatsoever. Ultimately, this was reimbursed through LG itself while this had to be done through buymi, they indicated. They did not want to leave me out in the cold as a customer because Buymi.nl does this with their customers. I hope they will be out of business soon. Let people know how they treat their customers!

Since November, BuyMi has left me with a defective espresso machine of 950 euros. No response to my emails and phone calls, even Bol.com cannot reach them (bought via bol). Delivery time: long and no information that there is a delay Customer Service: Terrible and actually doesn't even exist In the meantime they have switched on their webshop quality mark and if that does not help, further steps are planned (for the amount of 950 it is worth it)
