Called the day before yesterday to have the broken lock on our back door fixed. (Back door was locked but could not open with the key, while we could still turn the key.)
Immediately very nice and clear contact about the possible solutions and the average prices thereof.
And today Bram got the lock open within 2 seconds and immediately put in a new lock! (And we still thought that a grinder needed to be used to open the door again😅).
We also received nice and good advice about making our home safer in connection with somewhat older doors and windows.

The lock on the front door wouldn't open anymore. Called Bram in the morning and the problem was solved in the afternoon. The door has been opened without damage and the lock has been replaced. In addition, an upgrade has been made with regard to security. An honest professional with clear advice!
