What an incredibly bad service. Reported exactly 2 months ago that my 1 month old Fitbit watch was defective. Now 2 months later they still haven't solved it. 2 months ....... unimaginable. Must I say to my customers. Your hob or your fridge broken.? Wait at least 2 months, madam. What a service ........... cry.
