Very bad experience with the AMAC repairservice (now 4 times in a row). They always offer a replacement device against very high costs (e.g. for battery repair they claim bending or mechanical damage as blocking). Repair at other service providers however was done without any problems. I do not recommend to go to AMAC ever again! Go to Apple directly or Coolblue (the latter one is also cheaper in many cases and has much better after-sales support)

Again bad experience at this branch. Right airpod bad sound for 2nd time within 1 year. 1st time solved by Apple and now they say it is a cleaning problem and therefore my daughter is allowed to pay 12.50 to have it cleaned. Amac indicates that it also wants to send it to Apple, but it could be much more expensive than the 12.50. When asked why she has no problems on the left and they have been around for a year, he could not answer, why this is not indicated at Apple support, he could not give, why as a buying customer you are helped immediately and have to deal with a problem. you make an appointment, bought an iPadpro there month ago and after checkout I wanted to ask something about iPhone and got a sigh and an o uhhh (non-verbal you paid and now don't feel like helping you). .. in brief Don't buy anything here

Read bad reviews but have experienced it differently yourself. Daughter had bought an iPhone 11 via the internet from Amac. Unfortunately a problem with the screen. Made an online appointment at Amac Uden (could go straight away the same day). Friendly welcome. Indeed problem identified by employee. Telephone could be exchanged immediately with the same type / color / GB which was fortunately in stock. So for me it went well.

Warranty case with a macbook pro of my daughter who saved a year for it and was clearly a warranty (eventually acknowledged by apple itself), but what an arrogant rude staff. just trying to possibly get out of the claim. I will never go to this store again !! a premium seller !! don't make me laugh what snobs.

Anti-social behavior, I almost get chased out of the store when you think one adapter belongs with the phone, and when I leave the store I open the gate for myself, I get a big sigh in my neck because I am not allowed to touch it this has little to do with corona, because of this kind I already regret not taking a samsung
