Great international service, very satisfied!
Awesome store. Biggers guitar shop around with helpfull and knowleged staff
I tried to buy a guitar, multiple guitars actually, and recieved some of the worst customer service of my life. The service rep was extremely rude and was unwilling to help. I strongly urge buyers to be aware and to come prepared before attempting to put multiple thousands of dollars into their pockets.
I came in thinking I would walk out with a top notch 230 euro classical guitar with built in pick-up. They crushed my pipedream quite quick as my wish was entirely unrealistic for my current skill level. Regardless of my dumbness, they helped me understand why, how and what you're looking for in a stage/studio worthy guitar. The amount of service these guys gave me while I was busy learning the difference between different class guitars was on point. The only thing the store is missing is a nuclear shelter. This made me feel a little less safe from nuclear disasters. It is fine though. Maybe I shouldn't worry about that like I worry about my musical career.

Nice store, friendly personell. I was looking for an electric-acoustic guitar. They carry Epiphone, Blueridge, Martins. Finally decided I have to save more to get a descent one ;).
