What a great experience! I needed a TV in a hurry. I called the shop to check if they had stock of the TV I wanted. Marco checked and confirmed that I could come immediately and collect. When I arrived, Marco recognised my voice, went straight to the back and came out with the TV all ready. Paid and left the shop in 5 minutes. Exactly what I needed. thank you, Marco
Quick service although the reality of the computersystem did not match with reality. The system had 1 new and 1 openbox in store but in reality only the openbox. But this was no problem for me. Point of attention, the guy who helped me did not care much about the corona distance.
Fast delivery, quick response to my emails and good offers. So far it was good experience.
Very good shop open to price negotiations and trading old for new.
Claim they price match with Media Markt, but when you actually find a TV cheaper at Media Markt (regular price, no special offer even) all you get is excuses. The claim that they price match and are always the cheapest is a pretty blatant lie.
