Hard to reach and treat their customers as if they should not be right. Made a payment agreement and they do not even meet this themselves, instead they suddenly want the full amount paid. But apparently they are never wrong because if you talk to them about the agreement that has been made, they do not want to know about it, but only that you have to pay otherwise there will be a reminder fee. Bad this lease company. A disappointment is an understatement. I am completely done with it!
