They offer a very cheaply priced APK (obligatory) technical check, but increase the bill by pretending that some small thing that was perfectly good, requires changing. Even if you are waiting there, they don't ask for permission and just present you with the criminally inflated bill on completion. This happened 100% definitely to me recently. I know this for an absolute fact, as I visited them IMMEDIATELY after the same APK check at another garage very near by. When I confronted the receptionist with the fact that I knew for 100% that the part they had changed (we'd JUST replaced it ourselves by the way - hi hi) was not defective, he felt terribly difficult, but after a short pause, recovered himself, and told me that the vehicle now had the APK certificate and that I shouldn't grumble; but just be happy with that !! I'd previously bought 2 brand new cars at another Driessen branch, however, I most certainly won't be doing that again.

In August 2020 I bought a car here and I regret this (Not about the car). First, some delivery agreements were not fulfilled: - Car was still dirty in some places (interior fabric) - Air conditioning not topped up as agreed (seller says is not done, garage says is done) This is resolved at a follow-up appointment. Later, a hole in the chair (1cm x 1cm) would be invisibly repaired, according to the seller. When picked up, it turned out that a strip of + - 5 cm chair had been replaced by black fabric, so not really invisible. When inquiring, they can no longer use it on location because the seller will still be at home for at least a month. (It seems to me that appointments are registered centrally) After calling something is suddenly possible, new seat is ordered, but this can take several months. In November we inquired about the status at: "We don't know anything about a seat repair and nothing has been ordered that we can see". Eventually ended up with someone who knew something about it: "It is still on order". At the beginning of December tried to place an order myself (seat in the right color scheme) through another company at the warehouse of: Driessen Opel. Delivery time 3 working days !. After communicating this with Driessen himself, a new seat suddenly appeared a week later. Every time I visited (4x (2x pick-up, 2x delivery)) I was asked if I could receive the known maintenance on paper. The first time the answer was: "Certainly Sir, this will be sent to you by e-mail within two days, first we have to delete personal details of the technicians". When calling back because 5 days had already passed, the answer was: "It is best to visit your dealer". At the second time she made sure "That it is arranged when picking up the car". When picked up, the answer was: "Certainly Sir, this will be sent to you by e-mail within two days, we must first delete the personal details of the mechanics". Now December 2020, I still haven't received anything from Opel Driessen. In short; an unprofessional company in which people work completely against each other and that do not keep agreements

Having parts ready by phone everything was in stock. When picked up everything was ready and an explanation was given. Went to another Opel dealer in Tilburg for two weeks and didn't know anything. That makes the difference.
