I agree with Coen ...
Went to Helmond to have a car from Vaartland Zwolle transported there, on the phone they made this seem like a formality, but of course the moment you enter they shop it's bait and switch time: first of all €295,- 'delivery' costs were added to the advertized asking price, which is illegal in case they are 'unavoidable costs' they should be included in the asking price. Secondly it turned out that you have to sign a buying contract before they actually bring the car for a test drive... what a bunch of non-sense. For the rest the sales guy had absolutely no idea about the car and was just reading from the web advert, which of course we had seen already.... not a place I"ll ever visit again.
Great service and communication. Very friendly and not too pushy. We didn't buy here, but would certainly recommend this dealer.
Very expensive cars ...many hidden costs that they will not tell you over phone ...if you book an appointment for the test drive, they will say yes for the test drive over phone...but you will not be allowed to test dive when you reach their showrooms until you agree with their selling price.....very awkward ...its a waste of time to visit this company....will never recommend this company ....
