Van udenhout thinks he has a position of power, but a non-VW garage is many times cheaper, employing better technical people with an understanding of the business and a better service. Dear VW drivers ignore van udenhout, go to a non-VW dealer and you will not lose the bill and the irrelevant repairs that are unnecessarily carried out at van udenhout at extortionate prices. Defects in a newly purchased wave 7 will be passed on to the customer. Volkswagen NL and van Udenhout maintain that this must be paid. Part of the amount will only be returned after notification on a complaints site. Too bad it has to be like this, lost customer.

Had very bad experiences with this garage in recent months. If you want to lose a lot of money you have to go to this address. Ultimately helped out of the fire at another garage (no dealer) for an affordable price. Never again to vd Udenhout for me.

Excellent service. Car needed a big turn, this was going to take 2 days. It took a day longer, but a replacement car was arranged neatly and free of charge.
