We had a broken washing machine last Wednesday, it became almost 21 years old from the Siemens brand (Bosch is the same) so we immediately drove to Wout Van Vlerken in the afternoon and within 20 minutes we were outside with a new washing machine and condenser dryer as their service is always optimal !!! Installed for free last Friday because we bought 2 things at the same time :) A service with a smile as it should be. And to visit all stores (such as bol.com coolblue media market etc) for a few euros discount, I prefer to shop locally to support these entrepreneurs !!! They have a hard time sometimes so and it often really saves a 10, - or something ... And at Wout you can at least count on it if there is something wrong with the device that they will also pick it up at home and repair it! Our old washing machine and condenser dryer have been neatly taken (they also belonged) and the new ones neatly placed on top of each other in our utility room.
We remain a "loyal" customer because if they last 21 years again :) hahaha ...
Have the gas hob replaced / installed for an induction hob. Quite a few adjustments were needed in the meter cupboard and the counter top and this was done neatly. Neat, friendly technicians (which I also like) and excellent service.
Fast and good service given when the washing machine door broke down that would no longer open.

After an online order I came into the store because I still wanted an alternative product after delivery. I was immediately provided with good advice by the employees and offered a suitable alternative. If only I had gone straight to the store! Very nice to have direct contact.
