Order was delivered quickly, but unfortunately 6 end caps were missing. Called, would be sent, nothing appeared. Three emails sent without getting any response. Finally a text message that was responded to after a few days, he would send the missing 'for the second time'. Never received anything and finally ordered somewhere else. Bad service.

Unfortunately bad experiences with this company. I have placed an order and accidentally added the zip code of my house instead of my company. After having contacted Newly about this, I did not get the promised phone call back until 2 times. I pay 10 € shipping but Newly just sends via the mailbox and now the package is lost. Newly does not do anything with this. I understand that I made a mistake with the postcode, but I hoped to get a little more customer service. Unfortunately!
