Horrible customer service
Normally I try to support local businesses, but the customer service of this place is just dreadful.

Damaged my TV during the repair and denying any responsibility whatsoever. Not taking my calls or messages either. very unprofessional
Top service
I have to laugh so much about this case, really a Mickey Mouse shop. They write on Google that you can still order via the web or by phone. I wonder how that works over the phone, because they don't answer it. E-mail is also not responded to. I do want to support local shops, but then they still have to provide some service because that is how they naturally play into the big ones because they do deliver.
