I bought a Macbook Air 2020 from bol.com that provided by bcc. They sent the wrong product that is totally different from the website, then when I called the customer service just said that they had problem in bol.com and if I didn't want the product I have to send them back. Then the customer service pretended to be not able to hear from me and hang up.
Not to much electronic and staff is really weird
