Have a brace installed in December this year. Doubted to have this done before the holidays, but Clinias Orthodontics called me and wanted to schedule an appointment for this before the end of the year. Got me persuaded, it had to happen anyway. I regret this now. On Christmas Day, a picture was released, with the result that it scrapes the inside of my mouth and opens my mouth. Monday after Christmas I call the ortho with the question whether this can be solved and guess what, until January 4 there is really no one who can solve this problem. This appears to be the case every year around this time, so that's the end of it. But maybe I can cut the wire myself with nail scissors or try the picture off to pick? Unimaginable to me. From this I draw the conclusion: if we can sell something to you before the end of the year, we would love to see you, but do you have problems in our holiday, sorry, but then you are not important enough for us as a customer.

Heel slecht, gaatje gevuld daarna bleef het pijn doen, teruggegaan bleek niet goed gevuld. Wederom gevuld en weer kosten in rekening gebracht. Voor de derde keer is de vulling afgebroken. Nooit zo een slechte tandarts gehad. Ook als je in de behandel stoel aangaf pijn te hebben bleef ze doorboren, gaat ze alleen om het geld.

Very nice practice with very good dentists. Friendly, knowledgeable and open. In addition, the desk clerks and helpful. After I have had my tooth extracted, I had bleeding. I could go straight away, not asked if I wanted to wait and see, but immediate action. Hygienic and above all patient-oriented. Very satisfied!!

The orthodontists are very friendly, kind to children and very helpful. Always in for a chat with the children and putting them at ease.
