Just tried to make an appointment for my son on the basis of a referral. I got Els on the line. Because I know my son well, I asked if an appointment could be linked immediately during the intake because I know that it is a big step for my son to go to the dentist. We also have to drive a bit for it. Despite the fact that it is stated on the website that it is possible to combine an intake with a treatment, Els kept shouting 'no that is not possible' and 'no, that is not possible' and 'no, there is no time for that'. No effort at all to discuss or view the options for a combination appointment. A nice chop-in-sand attitude. It is a pity that good paediatricians employ a receptionist like Els.

A dentist is of course never fun, but I notice that the people are very nice and do their best to make it a bit more fun for children

I recently went to this practice with my daughter and I am very enthusiastic about the team. What a very sweet people. I have experienced that extra attention is paid to the children, and thanks to the team, my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist. I certainly recommend this practice to every parent / caregiver. Great and keep it up!

Unfortunately treated disrespectfully by Martine Both my daughter and me. Both upset left the practice. Will not come back here again. Not with Martine
