Today I come for a routine checkup, after waiting 10 minutes in the waiting area I am sitting on the dentist chair and she looks at my teeth with her Assistant and they say only clean plaque but instead start the treatment she asked me if I can another day choose to do treatment because according to her now too little time to do, I think she is really serious? I made a special time for dentist today and this service is what I get. After arguing with her about another date I decide I'm not going to treat her me with this way so I say I want to now (I'm already on seat under the machine) and as I expect she is cleaning my teeth with a fast way and as soon as possible finish, I feel treated like an animal without respect. I am sorry my regular dentist is ill and the replacement with this way. What a service 😏 The second review: The first appointment for a periodic check-up is February 17, '21, and when I sat on the chair, the dentist told me that I could not be treated, because too little time for dental plaque cleaning (this is not the first time) and he want to take a quick photo. So I only got there for a few minutes without the cleansing treatment as planned. The next appointment on February 19 '21 I will come again for the cleaning of dental plaque. What makes it super annoying, I receive an invoice on February 26'21 with a description: Periodic check = € 22.91 2. Make and assess an X-ray (2x € 16.88) I immediately pay this invoice on that day. But on March 3'21 another invoice will come with a description: 7 teeth cleaning per 5 minutes = € 94.64 2 times prevention information = € 27.04 (only inform me how to use a tooth stick 😡). I thought the first bill is for all treatment but apparently not. They decided not to treat the first appointment as they should because they are not properly arranging the time for treatment. I really like this way for the customer ... get extra costs because of their side not good at time management.

Have been a patient at Tandarts Tolsma for over 35 years. I have been transferred for 2 years, without informing myself about it. Another dentist because dentist Tolsma is phasing out. Now I have already had 3 different dentists in 2 years. Fine, but they speak poor Dutch, so difficult to understand. I find it very unfortunate, I always felt very comfortable with dentist Tolsma, a dentist with a lot of patience and always knew how to explain everything well and thus could reassure you. A top dentist. I am very sorry.

Since Erp's dentist, whom we were very satisfied with, has left, I think it's all a lot less. At the first check-up with the new dentist, there was immediately talk of a possible crown in a molar that had nothing wrong with it and still is not. The last time a piece of a filling had come loose, I got a totally strange dentist that I had never seen and who did not speak the language at all, an assistant translated everything. I am also not very satisfied with the result after the treatment. I have no problem with the fact that dentists do not yet speak the language, but they must be experts. We therefore do not yet know whether we will stick with this practice.
