Such a nice vibe in this gym. The staff is really kind and the gym has been catered for corona by spacing out who can go where and providing disinfectant bottles for everyone. It's relatively inexpensive per month and they have "specials" for yearly subscriptions, although I'm not sure if this is temporary. I would definitely recommend!!!
Said the first day I could have a 24 hour guest pass, then kind of decided the next day I couldn't. Really, I think they try to be helpful, but they don't have a good way to charge a reasonable fee for a guest passing through, needing a good gym for a couple days. It would be help if the front desk people could at least agree on how they handle these things.
Extremely bad customer service and sadly clerks that will lie to you about your membership status.
3 to 4 days of wait between emails and won't bother reading them since they will just send you an automated response.
Hotline is a mess also
Extremely bad customer service. Does not respond to emails concerning cancellation and on the hotline you have to wait 20min+.
Just a very good gym with very nice staff!
