Can't speak highly enough of this box and the coaches. Super welcoming, super supportive and encouraging no matter what condition you walk into those doors in. Superbly maintained and clean with workouts that challenge even the fittest athletes. A place to break a sweat but also to forge long lasting friendships!

My second home. Both Marjan and Richard do an amazing job running the box and are constantly changing, upgrading the box with the best equipment out there. Box is clean, spacious and full of equipment. You can also enjoy a nice drink or snack or coffee before or after your workout. It really is an excellent box.
