I have had personal training from Irwin Vivas since June 2020 and I cannot imagine a better trainer. Every training session I enjoy going to the training and come home tired. He really pushes you to your own limit and brings out things in you that you never imagined. I have been struggling with my health for years and never really was a sporty person until I met Irwin. Every lesson we look at how I feel and what is feasible for that training; this also keeps the workouts varied. I started exercising once a week at Vivas, after which I had to recover for a whole week due to my health. However, little by little Irwin and I have made a point of becoming stronger and fitter and it is now physically possible for me to take a class at Vivas Gym at least 3 times a week (online / physical).

I have been under personal training guidance at Irwin for about a year now. With 100% conviction I can say that this has helped me a lot physically. Not only physically, but also mentally. Irwin is the big stick when you don't feel like going. I would strongly recommend it to everyone to follow personal training at Irwin. Not only to become physically fitter and stronger, but also to become stronger on a personal level.

Irwin is a great trainer. He knew him from the time he taught my daughters. Teaches kids to have respect, discipline and self-confidence. This on a rigorous, fair way, with humor. My son goes with pleasure. Really recommended!
