Paid for my membership online, card immediately revoked. Been waiting for more than a week now to simply gain entry. Administration impossible to reach. Would have gone somewhere else if I knew this.
Terrible, unprofessional and theiving place.. I recommend lifting stinking garbage bags at home. It will be the same experience but less expensive.
Pretty big gym with lots of equipment. Staff should be more present on the floor though
I paid my membership 1 year upfront by card. Tried to return my gym tag at the end 3 times but each time they said I should come back at a later date. They then started FINING me monthly for not returning my gym tag. Absolute scam.
Also I've heard from several people that they will silently prolong your contract without notice and just deduct the money from your account.
The gym itself is fine, the problem is, as I went I registered for a month and month only. I was said that after a month Ill have to pay to continue. Went to the gym few times that month and then went to another one which was closer to home.
Now I check bank account, turns out they have been leeching 50eur per month, while I was said its one time payment.
Then I go to check the website account, at no point you can unsubscribe there. I am in Thailand now, I cant come to office to fix something that I didnt even agree to. Now I have paid more than 200eur for what should have been 50 eur.
