Thanks to them this is my first bad comment in google. It has been 3 weeks since I applied for the registration and there is no return except auto-reply stating they will call me within a few days. NO call, NO email, NO mail, NO text message, nothing…. No type of communication to at least inform me why I am waiting. If you do not want to get old when you waiting for their response, try another place.

Been registered for about a year, so far so good! My 4 yr old also enjoyed his first dentist visit.

Even trying to get an appointment is nonsense and it seems like they do not care. No response, no help to get an appointment... I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone! I filled the online registration form to get an appointment 3 WEEKS AGO, and still there is no reply. After the registration, one day later I got an e-mail saying that my registration was successful and they will call me to schedule an appointment for a first visit. But no one called! Just to confirm, I called them 5 DAYS LATER but the lady who answered was not helpful at all. When I wanted to explain, first thing she asked (not my name!) was if I filled the form and get that notification e-mail. When I said yes, she directly told me to wait because they will call.. I had a broken filling, so that was not the highest priority maybe but it is absolutely a kind of an emergency. So, almost 1 week later even if you call for an appointment, apparently they choose not to listen. Great experience even at the start!

Professional clinic, nice environment, great management. When you happen to be in a place where people truly care about what they do, you should hang onto it :-)
