Ik kan de andere slechte ervaringen met dit bedrijf alleen maar beamen,het scherm van de telefoon was kapot en zou bij dit bedrijf vervangen worden, ik had een afspraak, maar meneer was niet aanwezig, na een telefoontje bleek dat hij met zijn zus onderweg was. Nou ja..later in de middag op afspraak zou ik de telefoon ophalen, stond wederom voor een gesloten deur, na een telefoontje bleek dat meneer in de file stond bij Eindhoven., en dat terwijl wij een afspraak hadden..🙄bij thuiskomst bleek dat de telefoon het niet deed, wat veroorzaakt werd door de simkaart die meneer om welke bizarre reden dan ook, eruit was gehaald, en oh ja vergeten die ligt hier....... een hele rompslomp omdat wij bij ontdekking gelijk de simkaart hebben laten blokkeren,het nieuwe scherm is er scheef op gezet....kortom, als ik 0 sterren kon geven was dit het geval, wat een slecht bedrijf, ik hoop dat anderen eerst de revieuws lezen voordat ze met dit bedrijf in zee gaan....waardeloos......

If 0 stars was an option I would have given it. What a bad thing, absolutely not customer friendly. The 1st time I came by, something had to be ordered, which is logical. Made an appointment no problem. 2nd time we are standing in front of a closed door without having received an email or a call. 3rd time he came too late, he did what he had to do. BUT the back of the phone was shattered. No sorry nothing. If only we had to come back other times. 4th time we are again faced with a note, after 12.15 I am back. He knew we were coming and again no call or email. 5th time we could actually leave the phone and the back was replaced free of charge. Had to pass 5 times what could have been done in 2 times. No sorry, no apologies, no thanks for your patience nothing! Rude! I don't have another word for it.

Come by appointment at a closed door. No call in advance. This happened twice. After replacing battery had to come back because mister had broken back. No excuses, nothing. Had to pay battery first. That was his focus. Getting money Absolute recommended

With my Samsung Note9 I went to Telefoonmaken.nl in Goirle for my broken screen. I recognized the owner there, he worked for years for the official Samsung center in Den Bosch where I used to go with my Samsungs, by coincidence .. just got my Note9 back in perfect condition. In any case, I know that you are at the best place for your Samsung! Nice store by the way

Definitely recommended. Very good address. Went there with my "seniors phone" because Whatsapp could no longer be updated and therefore no longer worked. Friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that the owner had never seen this type of telephone, after some research the problem was solved very quickly. And .... service from the business. What are you experiencing today? Sincere compliments.
