Cheaper than Shell Express! Newest Shell with tasty sandwiches, toilets always clean!
Gas station i.v.m. renovation now closed. Price gasoline is cheaper than at other highway stations. Friendly service and indeed an action is actively offered by the employee. But! You can just say - no thank you - and ... Damn it, the same nice employee will remember that for the next visit. Well that's what I call service.
On the highway, with prices at the level of gas stations on the inland roads.
I just get puked every time I go to checkout, there are questions or need something for the road or some of the offers. If I need anything else, they will notice it. I really never go there again my company cars are no longer allowed to refuel all 18 of mine from there, forbid my staff to refuel there.
Last Saturday I wanted to refuel here with my fuel card. Since it didn't work I walked in to ask for help. Here I was treated in a gruff, arrogant and rude manner. Afterwards I sent an email because this was absolutely not customer friendly. Afterwards, the customer is, of course, blamed and blamed for all Belgian customers. Perhaps view and listen to the camera images and judge again?
