Terrible dentist A.Koroleva dentist without empathy !!! Been today I had already had enormous pains for 3 weeks. An X-ray was taken to see what was happening. There was a large hole ... so large that it unfortunately could not be filled normally. It was said that I had 2 options. Choose to be pulled or a root canal treatment. Root canal treatment would cost just under 600 euros. Making a choice was not an option for me. I don't feel like a big hole and I also need that tooth to chew and I don't want my teeth to subside. I asked if I could pay the root canal treatment in 3 times because I couldn't pay that amount in one go! But that was not possible. Assitentes did not think it was okay either, but they cannot help it. They said more things happen here that they did not support themselves. Koroleva dentist sent me home crying and with severe pain. I left the practice and felt so small and powerless and thought what should I do now. Crying and very upset, I called Dental Clinics Heerlen. Assistant Melanie spoke to me with compassion and kindness. I walked down the street anyway and walked into the practice calling. She said take it easy and paying will be fine. She said you don't send the patient away with such pain. She consulted with the dentist and although they were very busy she made time for me. Dentist Scott Wolting helped me. X-ray and 4 courses cleaned and filled with temporary filling ... so that I would have no more pain. Paid 95 euros for treatment. I was so grateful. Mid-April, root canal treatment will be completed and the bill can be paid in 3 installments. I do not recommend A.Koroleva as a dentist. They will never see me there again. Véronique Dohmen

I came to this practice as a very strong fear patient with a recommendation and was warmly welcomed. In conversation with Dr. Koroleva, my fear was taken away step by step. I informed her about the treatments, how it will go and what I should do. After the preliminary discussion, I felt very comfortable here and in good hands. Have to admit that a lot has been done for me. But I was very impressed with how the treatments went and the result is excellent. Now I have a dental practice that I will be happy to visit and where I feel comfortable as a patient. Of course I recommended this practice to my friends and of course I do it for the others. Top

She is kind to children. My children are being helped well. She does everything to make her child feel good with her. Like today my little daughter was crying for a crown to fit for her tooth. She first got her quiet by turning on the TV and then she applied nail polish to my daughter so she started to feel at ease. My daughter loves nail polish. Then she was busy fitting crowns. I think her is good with children.

Worthless, foreign dentist cannot be understood. Is fast quickly and will immediately draw up an invoice. Definitely not recommended, especially if you have a problem with your teeth.

Everything was great, always happy
