Especially what you recently arranged for us on behalf of BOSE, super ordinary, really no words for it, thanks again.

I asked for a solution because Ziggo will soon stop using analog TV and therefore I have to connect a digital receiver to the TV, with the result that my DVD recorder can no longer be used, because the cable from the digital receiver has to be connected to the TV inserted where the DVD recorder is now inserted. And when I asked if I could buy a new TV, the DVD recorder could be connected, she said: NO that is not possible. I then went to a COMPETITION EP Zijlstra in Heerlerheide. I told the same story there. 3x guessing the problem is solved !!!!! Both when I keep my current TV and also with a new TV. Namely with a: Composite HDMI converter. At least I WAS GOODly helped by the Kreutz COMPETITOR. For me, Kreutz was the 1st and immediately the last time. ADIEU Kreutz

Today I contacted Kreutz (Sandra) by telephone regarding the purchase of a Bose aircraft adapter and because they are a Bose dealer. On the phone I was told that the product was not in stock. When I asked what it would cost, I got the answer that they still had to look at it. When I indicated it on the Bose Site It cost € 2.95, she said it would cost the same to them. I had to come by, because they didn't place orders by phone. When I arrived at Kreutz, the male employee told me that I could order it on the Bose site just as well. When asked why the employee told me that I also had to pay shipping costs with him. He had to order it too. Shipping costs?? I can still assume that if I have to order something from a Bose dealer that is not in stock, I will not be charged the costs of this? Sandra confirmed to me on the phone that the adapter would also cost € 2.95 with them! Oh, that was not communicated properly, I got the answer. So if I want a headset that they have at Kreutz and the shelf is empty, shipping costs will also be charged to me ?? I was also asked where I had bought the Bose headset (because I need the aircraft adapter for that). When I indicated that I had bought it somewhere else than at Bose itself, I was informed that I already had a price advantage and could buy the aircraft adapter with shipping costs ... It should not be crazier, so for me the 1st and last time Kreutz !!
