Very friendly staff
Bought a Yamaha PSR SX 600, not only the keyboard is a topper, but also music house Dera, what a class thing, with excellent service. Some things went wrong with me, small factory error from Yamaha, could be repaired, but Pedro just ordered a new keyboard, his motto you do not buy something that needs repair, (I had not noticed it myself in the store , but only when I got home), very quickly received the new keyboard at Pedro (in good condition), Pedro put all kinds of packs on it for the 2nd time (just got this for free) and sent the keyboard after me, with another a USB stick with extra MIDI files 😀. But the journey did not go well, (which could happen) keyboard seriously damaged and the box badly broken. Keyboard number 3 ordered by Pedro, delivered very quickly to Pedro. For the 3rd time all the extras put on by Pedro. Picked up the keyboard, reception with coffee and pie. If you have any questions, you will receive excellent assistance on the phone. I recommend everyone to buy your instrument here, also good trade-in. A bow to Pedro and Nico very skilled people.

Bought a Ketron sd2 for my Tyros 4. Because of the Corona, that didn't exactly go smoothly. Post nl and my clumsiness have slowed things down a bit. My compliments to Dera Music .. they helped me a lot. Not only with sales, but especially after sales and service were fantastic. I am from Almere myself, but after the Corona I will definitely visit the store.

We bought a Silent Piano at Muziekhuis Dera. Got super advice from the owner Pedro Dera. Very sympathetic and casual. All agreements fulfilled and top after-sales service. This case is really recommended.
